We have an wonderful Master Suite at Pueblo Bonito - this is one week a year in a five star resort in Mazatlan, the most gorgeous resort in the town. Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay has a wonderful reputation and is the newest of the timeshares in the city. There are also 5 other resorts connected to PB in other towns like Cabo, Puerta Vallarta and Cancun. Our specific vacation club is for a Master suite, this sleeps six or 4 privately, has a full kitchen and two bathrooms, every room has a phenomenal view of the Pacific Ocean. All locations are beachfront properties and have no lockout dates, meaning they can be used Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks. This ownership also comes with a RCI membership, meaning when you don’t want to go to this specific resort, you can trade your week to any other place worldwide. We originally purchsed this Master Suite for approx. $20,000,.00 ~ so we think that $4,600 is a phenomenal deal! We would love to keep this property, as it is a high demand resort, but we are unable to take this many vacations a year. Purchase includes a "Certificate of Time Share Interval Ownership" in Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts & Spas with a lifetime ownership of 30 years. We purchased it in June of 2007, so there are 26 years left! This is also transferable and willable to your children.
